What to Expect

You will stand in an enclosed chamber with an opening which allows your head to be out of the chamber. You will enter wearing a robe, gloves and slippers and once the chamber door is closed you will disrobe while wearing undergarments. (Bring earmuffs or winter hat if your ears get cold.) When you’re ready, the chamber operator will start your cryo session. The enclosure will get REALLY cold for an average time of 2-4 minutes, depending on how long you want to stay in.
